Arabian Views, Arabian Crest, Arabian Estates, and Remmington Estates all blend together to form a fabulous family-centered community.  This neighborhood is one that is near and dear to my heart as that is where my husband and I have raised our two children.

Arabian Views was originally a spectacular Arabian Horse Farm, housing some of the most expensive Arabians found in the world.  Progress, however, lead this rancher to sell to developers.  Builders such as TW Lewis, Richmond American, Dave Brown, UDC, and Sequoia have come in and built complementary housing.

Nestled in the center of this neighborhood is the excelling elementary school, Copper Canyon.  Copper Canyon is a part of the Paradise Valley School district 69, and is fortunate enough to have significant parent involvement.  I fell in love with this community because of the school and the fact that it was within walking distance for my kids.  This community's home middle school is Explorer Middle School, and the home high school is Pinnacle High School.  Because the Paradise Valley School district allows you to 'open enroll' your children in other schools within the district, I actually sent my kids to Sunrise Middle School and Horizon High School. 

This neighborhood is location, location, location!  It is minutes to the Loop 101 from 56th street.  It is minutes to fantastic shopping at Kierland, Desert Ridge, City North, and Scottsdale 101, to name a few.  It's just down the road from Mayo Hospital (you never know when you might need those services!), and the Reach 11 project, offering unlimited trails for biking and hiking.
